Trisha Herrick

Registered Veterinary Technologist

Trisha is a recent graduate of the Veterinary Technology program at Thompson Rivers University (TRU), where she completed her studies in 2024. With a deep passion for animals, Trisha has a particular interest in feline behaviour, especially in multi-cat households. She is fascinated by the dynamics between cats in shared spaces and the ways their behaviours interact and evolve.

 

Trisha began her career at RVC as a tech assistant before leaving to pursue her studies. Since returning, her understanding of cat behaviour has brought valuable knowledge and fresh ideas to the clinic, helping to improve animal care and enhance the experience for both pets and their owners.

 

In her free time, Trisha enjoys unwinding with a good book, listening to music, and spending quality time with her nieces and nephews. She currently has two cats, Pencil and Maeve, and is currently fostering a third, a feral cat named Miso!
